Order Preparer for the Wood Industry

Are you structured, service-oriented, and experienced in working with orders and planning? We are now looking for an Order Preparer for one of our clients in the wood industry.

About the Assignment

As an Order Preparer, you will have a central role in the business and act as the link between the customer and production. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are handled correctly and efficiently throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register customer orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and any changes
• Plan and coordinate production based on incoming orders
• Work in business systems, primarily Pyramid

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in order preparation, production planning, or a similar role
• Is accustomed to working in business systems, preferably Pyramid
• Is structured, meticulous, and has good communication skills
• Enjoys having many points of contact and a fast-paced environment

Experience from the manufacturing industry or wood industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment via Manpower with a start date according to agreement. The assignment is full-time, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for a long-term solution with the client.
